The City University of New York (CUNY) could have a place for you!

CUNY, a public institution, located in vibrant, diverse and world-class New York City, is committed to making excellence inclusive. A comprehensive effort is underway to make the most of our diversity; nearly half of our instructional and classified staff represents various federally protected groups. The majority of our students are also from federally protected groups, and almost half do not speak English as a native language. Realizing numerical diversity is necessary but not sufficient, CUNY recently created the Office of Recruitment and Diversity (ORD), with the goal of achieving sustainable diversity. Towards this end, ORD supports the success of all faculty and staff, with a special emphasis on diversity and academic excellence.

We are looking for highly qualified candidates just like you. With 23 colleges serving 462,000 students, CUNY could, very well, have a place for you. Gain exposure to any appropriate opening in the University system by forwarding a copy of your vita to ORD@mail.cuny.edu

Also, visit our web site, http://www.cuny.edu/diversity and review employment opportunities and the the multitude of efforts in the areas of Strategic Initiatives, Recruitment, Retention, Assessment and Institutional Receptivity.
